In the early days, Graham gained great insights during his career with Pernod Ricard, Minolta Business Machines and British Shoe Corporation. He has always been able to see, and deliver upon, a need in the marketplace and in 1993, as a print broker, he saw the need for customised ID badging on a large scale for companies such as Virgin, and so co-founded his first People Identification business.
After moving to Australia from the UK in 2006, following the sale of www.big.co.uk, an international specialist company in the print and personalisation sector with offices spanning the UK, USA and Hong Kong, he set the vision for Signal Group. Since its inception the business has consistently grown; giving customers the service they deserve, offering innovative solutions and a substantial level of investment in people development.
Graham has always been a motivational leader who empowers, mentors and rewards his team. He is also passionate about sharing the success of the business with the local community and has held many volunteer roles in predominately the sporting sector, helping youngsters using the power of sport to have a positive impact on their future.
Amy Hanrahan has been part of Signal Group since the launch of the Signal Events brand in 2014. With a professional background spanning over 15 years in the events, services and hospitality industries, Amy provides valuable insight into the challenges event planners and marketeers face in their roles. Amy has completed studies in the fields of business, accounting and business management and built the Signal Events brand from its inception into what it is today before taking on the role of Managing Director of Signal Group.
She is passionate about providing a new previously unseen level of service within the promotional product and name badge industries, enriching the organiser’s experience and giving customers the service they deserve.
